This investigation discusses the influences of a chemical reaction and concentration‐dependent viscosity on a magnetohydrodynamics peristaltic pump of synovial nanofluid in a tapered channel. Chemical reaction and Hall current effects are considered in the proposed investigation. The current study is solved for two suggestion models. In Model‐(I), the concentration is considered as a function in viscosity. In Model‐(II), concentration is considered as a function of the shear‐thinning index. The related study is rearranged under the models of low Reynolds number and long wavelength. The system study of highly nonlinear partial differential equations is explained mathematically with the aid of ParametricNDSolve by using Mathematica 11. Both models have been compared numerically and a huge difference is found between them. Results for velocity profile, temperature, and nanoparticle concentration distributions are obtained graphically for similar values of various physical parameters in three‐dimensional forms. Furthermore, a trapping bolus sketch is proposed in the terminus. The results confirm that the AJ patients can be cured by using the magnetic field in the presence of an electrically inducing influence, as a result of the effort of the ions inside the cell, which accelerates the metabolism of fluids. In addition, maximum values of velocity can control the friction between the joints and thus reduce arthritis. 相似文献

A facile approach to locally concentrate analytes of interest will significantly enhance miniaturized, integrated chemical‐analysis systems. Here, the directed analyte transport and concentration using ≈200 µm‐diameter E‐jet printed chemical potential wells in a polyacrylamide hydrogel is demonstrated. Using a cationic well as the model system, anionic analytes are accumulated into a microscale area with a local concentration enhancement of >50‐fold relative to the surrounding area. By downscaling the diameter of the chemical potential well from a few millimeters to 100s of micrometers, it is found, using both fluorescence and Raman microscopy, that the molecular collection capacity of the well is greatly improved. Additionally, it is shown that molecules can be simultaneously transported and concentrated to arrays of microscale regions using an array of microscale chemical potential wells. This approach enhances many‐fold the limit of detection, enables the formation of microscale potential well arrays with a variety of chemical properties, and provides a novel microscale molecular manipulation technique as an alternative to traditional microfluidic‐based systems. 相似文献

Powders of α-TCP containing various amounts of silicon were synthesized by two different methods: Wet chemical precipitation and solid-state synthesis. The obtained powders were then physico–chemically studied using different methods: Scanning and transmission electron microscopy (TEM and SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), powder X-ray diffractometry (PXRD), infrared and Raman spectroscopies (FT-IR and R), and solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (ssNMR). The study showed that the method of synthesis affects the morphology of the obtained particles, the homogeneity of crystalline phase and the efficiency of Si substitution. Solid-state synthesis leads to particles with a low tendency to agglomerate compared to the precipitation method. However, the powders obtained by the solid-state method are less homogeneous and contain a significant amount of other crystalline phase, silicocarnotite (up to 7.33%). Moreover, the microcrystals from this method are more disordered. This might be caused by more efficient substitution of silicate ions: The silicon content of the samples obtained by the solid-state method is almost equal to the nominal values. 相似文献

碳酸甲乙酯(EMC)是一种环境友好型的不对称碳酸酯,因其独特的结构性质被广泛用作溶剂或有机合成中间体,特别是随着锂离子电池的迅猛发展,其作为电池电解液主要成分市场需求量急增。文中简单介绍了光气法、氧化羰化法和酯交换法合成碳酸甲乙酯的研究进展。重点针对最具发展前景的酯交换法合成EMC工艺路线中所用催化剂进行了综述;讨论和分析了该路线所用催化剂的类型、结构、性质及性能,并对当前研究中存在的问题进行了归纳和分析总结。最后本文分析并展望了酯交换法合成EMC催化剂的研究方向及新型合成工艺发展趋势,提出研发经济、高效、稳定且制备工艺简单的非均相催化剂,并与反应精馏技术耦合是今后的主要发展趋势,期望为EMC的高效合成提供参考和借鉴。 相似文献

通过等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术,以不同沉积时间在硅表面上制备类富勒烯碳薄膜,探究类富勒烯碳薄膜结构演变和摩擦学性能随沉积时间变化规律。利用拉曼光谱和透射电子显微镜,考察类富勒烯碳薄膜微结构和表面形貌随沉积时间的变化。结果表明:碳薄膜内类富勒烯结构含量随沉积时间先增加后保持不变;采用沉积时间为3 h的类富勒烯碳薄膜组成摩擦配伍对,当载荷从8 N增加到14 N时,摩擦因数从0.013降至0.006,即随载荷的增加实现了由低摩擦向超滑的转变。这是因为摩擦诱使类富勒烯碳薄膜发生结构转变,并形成有利于减少摩擦的类球状或外部石墨壳层闭合的纳米颗粒。 相似文献

随着食品、医药及电子行业的不断发展,磷酸及磷酸盐的市场需求量不断增大,并且对磷酸的品质要求也越来越高,尤其是对湿法磷酸中砷杂质的要求,湿法磷酸中砷的含量将直接影响其在磷精细化工领域的应用,因此湿法磷酸中砷的高效、安全去除是亟待解决的一大难题。本文主要对湿法净化磷酸脱砷技术的研究情况进行综述,比较了几种湿法净化磷酸脱砷工艺的优缺点,介绍了较常见的化学沉淀法、结晶法,以及新兴的电沉积法、垂直区域熔融法和微反应器脱砷工艺的应用前景,并指出这些新兴的脱砷工艺将成为今后湿法磷酸的净化脱砷的发展方向,如能解决将这些脱砷工艺在实际中的问题,将会对磷酸工业的发展提供一个更有力的支持。 相似文献

In order to improve LWR source term under severe accident conditions, the first version of a fission product chemistry database named ‘ECUME’ was developed. The ECUME is intended to include several datasets of major chemical reactions and their effective kinetic constants for representative severe accident sequences. It is expected that the ECUME can serve as a fundamental basis from which fission product chemical models can be elaborated for use in the severe accident analysis codes. The implemented chemical reactions in the first version were those for representative gas species in Cs-I-B-Mo-O-H system from 300 to 3000 K. The chemical reaction kinetic constants were evaluated from either literature data or calculated values using ab-initio calculations. The sample chemical reaction calculation using the presently constructed dataset showed meaningful kinetics effects at 1000 K. Comparison of the chemical equilibrium compositions by using the dataset with those by chemical equilibrium calculations has shown rather good consistency for the representative Cs-I-B-Mo-O-H species. From these results, it was concluded that the present dataset should be useful to evaluate fission product chemistry in Cs-I-B-Mo-O-H system under LWR severe accident conditions, where kinetics effects should be considered. 相似文献

Ferroelectrets with good piezoelectric coefficients have been produced based on cellular polyethylene (PE) via extrusion film blowing. The quasi-static piezoelectric coefficient (d33) value obtained (935 pC/N) was well above typical values for cellular polypropylene (PP) considered as the workhorse of piezoelectric polymers. Here, a focus was made on increasing the time and thermal stability of cellular PE piezoelectric activity. To do so, specific thermal treatments were applied on the films to improve their microstructure. First, films crystallinity was increased via thermal annealing at 80 °C for 5 min leading to a 32% increase of the initial d33 value as well as its time stability. However, thermal treatment did not give a significant thermal stability improvement because the treated films almost completely lost their piezoelectric activity (96%) at 80 °C. Therefore, the films were treated with orthophosphoric acid resulting in substantial charge stability improvements, especially at higher temperature. Overall, it was possible to increase the continuous service temperature (CST) of PE ferroelectrets from 40 to 80 °C, which is similar to the typical CST of PP. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl.
